I remember, as a young child, in Detroit drinking Vernor's and remember how it tickled the nose. When we moved to California in 1961 and years later when it was first available it had that great taste and that 'tickles my nose' feeling to go along with it. Vernor's then disappeared for several years in California and when it reappeared it had lost that tickle the nose feeling and the taste wasn't as strong. I love the Diet Vernor's now but still miss the original old taste. - Thomas

Hi Everyone. the other day i found a Old Vernors Bottle out in the woods, its a 10Fl. Oz Clear Bottle it says no refill on the bottom. sure would like to know its age. Thanks for any Help on this matter. - kevin

Why doesn't stores in Mass Carry Vernors. I "M from Detroit and drank it as a child.The only way i get it now. Is when my sister sends it to me. I will be in Detroit in march of 07. I will take some back with me to Mass. I remember the old Vernors plant in downtown Detroit. next to Tigers stadium.I think that there was Vernors Ice Cream also.I get sanders toppings sent to me. Dear Vernor's: I enjoyed your beverage as a kid while visiting Belle Isle along with munching on hot dogs. Boy, those were the days. My grandparents lived in Detroit and I always loved Vernor's Ginger Ale.Visited Detroit at Thanksgiving and I had to bring some back to New Jersey. I used to see Vernor's in Shoprite , but I haven't seen it in awhile. What stores carry it in Vineland, New Jersey??? I had my first can of Vernors this past weekend. Same great taste. I grew up outside of Detroit and remember buying Bettermade chips hot of the line!!! The best part of this is, Vernors is the only thing that got me through my first pregnancy (morning sickness) when I lived in Texas. Now the military relocated me to a region without Vernors and I have been relying on friends/family to get it to me. This is fantastic!!! Now - if we could just get Buscemi's Pizza to ship out of state! - Maria

My Michiganer husband introduced me to Vernor's when I moved to MI in '99. We have moved to TN and would buy cases of it when we went back to MI. Lo and behold I found Vernor's in a little store in Hohenwald, TN. Wow! Now I don't have to ration out the beverage. - Faye
