I agree with the below poster. I think the formula must have changed because the strong ginger that used to tickle my nose is gone. I used to buy it at Publix when I lived in Florida and it just wasn't the same. Now I live in NC and can't find it anywhere. I have to buy ginger beer for that tickle, and to be reminded of the bottles I used to drink as a child when I visited my granny in Alma, Michigan. - Linda

WE are absolutely beside ourselves. It seems that we can't find diet Vernors Ginger ale anywhere here in Pinellas County in Florida. It's almost the only soft drink we drink in this house and we cannot find it. Please, help me find some diet vernors!!! - Vickie

It was a lonely night and I was remembering back to my childhood days when Vernors flowed, with Salays bologna and Made Rite Potato Chips. Possibly even a Faygo Redpop, which I couldn't believe the last time I ran across it - it was a marked down soda. I remember Vernors Gingerale way back in the 1940's when I lived in Lakewood, Ohio. We would go to my Grandmother's in Toledo and she always had two or three cases in the pantry. Haven't seen it since I moved to MA many years ago. Last year I heard a neighbor talking of my old favorite and it brought back so many memories of the days when we visited my (Toledo Mama) as we called her. I wish I could find it close to me in MA. I love the great taste and would savor a bottle right now. If anyone knows where I could find it close to me, please do e mail me and let me know.
