- Where can I get Vernors Ice Cream?
  Many people have asked us where they can get Vernors Ice Cream, unfortunately we have never seen it for sale. Stroh’s Ice Cream does cross brand with Sanders, however there is no way we can ship this product to our customers.
- Can you please tell which store in my area sells Vernors?
  We are not aware of any specific retailer that sell Vernors in areas where Vernors is not commonly sold. The list below was generated from people e-mailing us locations where they have found Vernors.

- Your grocery items don’t include what I’m looking for. Can you special order these items for me?
  We can check the availablility outside of our standard inventory. Please e-mail staff@GrocExp.com. Be sure to include as much information about the product i.e. price, manufacturer, brand, size, and quantity. Please keep in mind if the manufacturer has discontinued an item in your area, we probably can’t get it either.
- Do you have collectible memorabilia?
  We have special sections on our web site showing what types of memorabilia is available for our Detroit brands. However we don’t actively acquire or sell collectible memorabilia. You will have great luck searching on www.Ebay.com for these types of goods. We run specials on collectible products that are currently being sold such as Faygo in Glass bottles.
- I live in the Detroit area, where can I buy Towne Club off-line?

- How much does it cost to ship to Hawaii or location outside of the 48 united states?
  Our shipping is based on UPS Ground. We have shopped around from United States Post Office and Fed Ex and they don’t come close to the best price compared to UPS Ground. Our special Detroit Unique products have shipping included to the 48 United States. We have done this to lessen confusion of real time shipping price generation. Here are some prices you must pay in addition to your order total.
  - Hawaii 42 lbs. (48 cans) is $90.11 via UPS 2nd Day Air
  - British Columbia CA 42 lbs. (48 cans) is $58 via UPS Ground
  - London England 42 lbs. (48 cans) is $128 via UPS 2nd Day Air
- How do I ship to a P.O. Box?
  UPS Ground does not ship to P.O. Boxes so it is recommended that you seek an alternative shipping address. If you still wish to ship to a P.O. Box we will ship your package via United States Postal Service for an additional $8 per box. Once you place your order you will receive an e-mail asking you to approve these additional charges. With your approval your order will be shipped.
- How do I ship to APO or FPO addresses?
  Again UPS Ground will not ship to these addresses. You will be asked to approve an $8 dollar per box surcharge to process these orders. Once you have approved your order will be processed.

- Where can I get mail order catalogs?
  Mail order catalogs are available for Vernors, Faygo, Towne Club, Sanders, and Better Made. You may download these using the “Mail Order Form” link found at http://www.Groceries-Express.com/MailOrderForm.asp Mail order forms are available in Excel 2000+ and Adobe PDF format. We don’t provide HTML order forms because the formatting can be altered.
- Where can I get a mail order form for groceries?
  Mail order forms are not available for groceries. Due to constant price changes and availability the forms would constantly be out of date. Availability can change often as manufacturers discontinue and change their products.
- How can I find out the status of my order after I’ve placed it?
  Payment processing is not done real time on the web site. We process your payment usually within 12 hours. Once your payment is processed you will receive an e-mail with your approval and invoice number. Please use the “Order Status” link on our home page at http://www.Groceries-Express.com/OrderStatus.asp to key in your invoice number. You will then be directed to the UPS web site with the UPS Ground tracking numbers automatically sent to UPS. The UPS web site gives you detailed tracking information.
- When I use “Order Status” and I key in my invoice number UPS doesn’t track my order.
  Once your payment is approved it may take up to 36 additional hours for Groceries Express Inc. to generate your shipping label and update our database. Our “Order Status” feature works best a few days after your order was placed.
- I didn’t provide my e-mail address with my order. How can I get my shipping information because I don’t know my invoice number?
  Please send us an e-mail to staff@GrocExp.com with some limited information about the order you placed. We will send your UPS Ground tracking numbers back to you via e-mail.
- I have a store and I want to order several 100 cases at a time.
  Please e-mail staff@GrocExp.com with your location information, receiving capabilities (dock?), and product request. These orders are handled on a case by case basis.
